EEOF Inc. and Sports for Kids facility will be a full survise multi-sport complex, located in the Antelope Valley of Southern California. There are currently no indoor sports facilities in the Antelope Valley. The closest such community center is in Lancaster/Palmdale, CA. The facilities in those areas are all outdoors. The only such organization that comes close to indoor is the YMCA of Palmdale and they rent a gym facility to have youth basketball programs.

This plan will be used to define the scope of our services, as well as means of obtaining the necessary grants to acquire land, build and open the facility. The facility will be used on a continual basis with regular evaluations from EEOF Inc. and Sports For Kids, in regards to the mission, goals, and objectives of said organization.
The key to success for EEOF and Sports For Kids is our ability to organize various sporting indoor-activities, market our programs effectively, and create an unmatched "COOL" atmosphere where kids, young adults, handicapped, as well as adults, would like to be. Our ability to hire local qualified/certified and knowledgeable staff is a huge asset to the facility. We have all set into place so that our staff will aid in the administering of the various indoor sporting activities and various leagues.

The Sports For Kids industry is booming all over the United States. The sports for kids industry flourishes in California, but there is nothing of its kind in the Antelope Valley. With the booming population of the Antelope Valley, this type of activity for kids is desperately needed, and desired. Once the facility is up and running, all the generated funds from leagues and personal use of the facility will go back into the operation of the facility.

MISSION:
EEOF and Sports For Kids is a multi-sport facility designed to be used primarily by the residents of the Antelope Valley but will be available to all residents of the surroundings area. It is the mission of EEOF and Sports For Kids to provide the best programs, staff, and equipment, to fully meet the various sporting needs of all who utilize our facility while generating a profit for EEOF and Sports For Kids. All profits will go back into the operation of the facility and surplus funds will be used for underprivileged kids in the Antelope Valley. The goal of EEOF and Sports for kids is to bring physical activity and the beauty of nature back into the lives of children. In addition to providing an excellent sporting facility, we are dedicated to providing an unmatched atmosphere that will add to the enjoyment of every person and every employee that utilizes the facility.

Marketing:
We must make EEOF and Sports For Kids a common name in the Antelope Valley of Southern California and creatively market our services to the community. Because of the joint connection with EEOF, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to education and the preservation of precious wildlife; we have much more to offer. We bring to this facility a combined effort of sports and activity with a dedicated conservation effort engrained in EEOF. Children will experience many different facets of sporting activity as well as water sports. The children will also have educational opportunities to learn about dolphins and whales and an introduction into marine biology. All of this will be tied into the water sports and pool interaction. With these concepts in mind we will also offer unique programs for handicapped children. Connecting sports, nature, and education with upbeat environments will only create happy and well adjusted children that will go out into the community and make a positive difference.

ATMOSPHERE OF FACILITY:
By creating an unmatched "COOL" atmosphere through the use of professional, first class equipment, color, lighting, and flooring. The facility will also feature big screen televisions for the best viewing possible. This will encourage return visits and will enhance all the leagues.

EEOF is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization and has joined forces with Sports For Kids. The Facility will provide member leagues and casual users with sporting opportunities. The programs will be organized team sports as well as individual leisure activities.
